Our Guiding Principles
Southeastern Michigan Association of Fire Chiefs has made it their goal to promote the advancement of your profession by offering educational and networking opportunities. We continually strive to provide our members with news and legislative updates affecting the Fire Service. Become a member of SMAFC and join the most powerful regional fire service organization in the state of Michigan. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month. These luncheons offer everyone a chance to discuss issues with their fellow comrades. Many legislative issues influence your day-to-day operations as a Chief Officer. With your help, SMAFC can become an influential and persuasive voice in our State Capitol. As you know, there is strength in numbers. We need your help now more than ever.
